A window cleaner in Southeast London is threatening to sue a dog owner for racism. The window cleaner who happens to be a  black man  does most of the cleaning in the area including a shop owned by a dog owner, has informed the shop owner of it's dog's behavior  towards him due to the fact that each time he goes to clean the shop's window the dog harasses him by barking and trying to attack him. The window cleaner is very upset with the dog's behavior because  he notices that the dog does not bark, attack or harass white persons but blacks. Having witnessed  these several times he has reported  the allegation to the shop owner and advise him of his intention to take the matter up. The shop owner has apologize on behalf of it's dog, he said the dog is probably mistaken the window cleaner's stick as a weapon thereby thinking that the window cleaner has come to attack him or it's owner.
