Rumours are going around the kingmakers in Ijebu Ode and some of the indigenes of Ijebu that the next Awujale of Ijebu land will be Fuji musician, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshall who is also from a royal family from both parents. 


According to sources, some prominent Ijebu’s are tipping, going around lobbing, and conversing support amongst the indigenes of  the town. 


 Making sure to rally support for the musician to become the next king of Ijebu because of his influence within the government and the Yorubas, the outcome will bring a positive result to Ijebu as a whole Rumours are going around the kingmakers in Ijebu Ode and some of the indigenes of Ijebu that the next Awujale of Ijebu land will be Fuji musician, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshall who is also from a royal family from both parents.

Veteran actor Femi Jarrett dies

  Veteran actor, screenwriter, producer and comedian Femi Jarrett passes away on  03/07/26. Femi Jarrett popularly known as Alagbin on Adios family during the 70s was born 16 Feburary 1949 in Calabar, Cross river state Nigeria. Femi Jarrett was a descent of the  Jibolu Taiwo family of Egbaland in Abeokuta, Ogun state. Femi Jarrett was married to the late Clara Jarrett (Nee Kuboye)  In 1975 Femi Jarrett started his acting career on NTA soap opera show village headmaster, Adio Family, Cock crow at dawn, for better for worse and Odo wura. Femi Jarrett will be remembered for being a legendary actor and father to his only child Tolu Jarrett who is based in the UK.
