Veteran actor, Olumide Bakare is dead. The veteran actor passed on in the early hours of today Saturday 22 April '17 Olumide Bakare is said to have been battling ill health since 2013. According to report Bakare who has been sick for more than a year, was discharged from University College Hospital [U C H] Ibadan last year after he was allegedly diagonsed with a respiratory disorder.     May his soul rest in perfect peace. Amen.

  Veteran actor, screenwriter, producer and comedian Femi Jarrett passes away on  03/07/26. Femi Jarrett popularly known as Alagbin on Adios family during the 70s was born 16 Feburary 1949 in Calabar, Cross river state Nigeria. Femi Jarrett was a descent of the  Jibolu Taiwo family of Egbaland in Abeokuta, Ogun state. Femi Jarrett was married to the late Clara Jarrett (Nee Kuboye)  In 1975 Femi Jarrett started his acting career on NTA soap opera show village headmaster, Adio Family, Cock crow at dawn, for better for worse and Odo wura. Femi Jarrett will be remembered for being a legendary actor and father to his only child Tolu Jarrett who is based in the UK.
