Acting President Yemi Osinbajo on Tuesday made a highly secretive meeting to the United Kingdom to meet his ailing principal, President Muhammadu Buhari. The Ag. President left Abuja unannounced but he is expected to return to Nigeria before the beginning of the Federal Executive Council meeting on Wednesday. The announcement of the trip was made on Twitter by Senior Special Assistant to the Ag. President,

  Veteran actor, screenwriter, producer and comedian Femi Jarrett passes away on  03/07/26. Femi Jarrett popularly known as Alagbin on Adios family during the 70s was born 16 Feburary 1949 in Calabar, Cross river state Nigeria. Femi Jarrett was a descent of the  Jibolu Taiwo family of Egbaland in Abeokuta, Ogun state. Femi Jarrett was married to the late Clara Jarrett (Nee Kuboye)  In 1975 Femi Jarrett started his acting career on NTA soap opera show village headmaster, Adio Family, Cock crow at dawn, for better for worse and Odo wura. Femi Jarrett will be remembered for being a legendary actor and father to his only child Tolu Jarrett who is based in the UK.
