Popular Ebonyi lawmaker, Maria Ude Nwachi's 6 month suspension lifted

The Ebonyi state house of assembly has lifted the suspension imposed on Hon. Maria Ude Nwachi popularly known as Afikpo Chic.
Recall that the state Assembly on January 24th placed Nwachi on a 2 week suspension for engaging in her photography business, and then later, it was extended to 6 months.
During plenary today, the honourable house officially lifted the suspension of Hon. Maria Ude Nwachi, representing, Afikpo North East Constituency, in Ebonyi state house of assembly.

  Veteran actor, screenwriter, producer and comedian Femi Jarrett passes away on  03/07/26. Femi Jarrett popularly known as Alagbin on Adios family during the 70s was born 16 Feburary 1949 in Calabar, Cross river state Nigeria. Femi Jarrett was a descent of the  Jibolu Taiwo family of Egbaland in Abeokuta, Ogun state. Femi Jarrett was married to the late Clara Jarrett (Nee Kuboye)  In 1975 Femi Jarrett started his acting career on NTA soap opera show village headmaster, Adio Family, Cock crow at dawn, for better for worse and Odo wura. Femi Jarrett will be remembered for being a legendary actor and father to his only child Tolu Jarrett who is based in the UK.
