From today onwards, you guys are not allowed to call me Linda, Lin Lin, Lindodo or LI. From now on, I am to be addressed as Princess Linda...Lol

So today, I got a special visit from members of the Northern Youths Initiative for Peace and Good Governance. They came all the way from different Northern states just to bestow on me a very special award. The award ceremony was not a small something o...lol...witnessed by some of my staff at our Lekki office.

The award was in recognition of my immense contribution towards nation building, human development and youth empowerment. I've gotten so many awards but this one in particular was very special.

I got an award for excellence as an Icon of societal transformation and then confirmation as the Gimbiyan Matasan Arewa which means Princess of Arewa Youths. Aka, Princess Linda. Lol.

So chuffed! Nothing is as rewarding as being recognised by your peers. See the photos below...

Nigerian Billionaire  Olorogun Oscar Ibru, the first son  of Michael Olorogun Ibru dies today Wednesday 24th September 2025    His family revealed that he passed away after a brief illness. No further details were provided regarding the circumstances of his death. A central figure in Nigeria’s corporate landscape, Ibru was the most prominent heirs of the Ibru dynasty. He played a pivotal role in sustaining and expanding the vast family conglomerate established by his late father, Olorogun Michael Ibru, with key interests spanning shipping, oil and gas, real estate, and commerce. Veteran actor Femi Jarrett dies

  Veteran actor, screenwriter, producer and comedian Femi Jarrett passes away on  03/07/26. Femi Jarrett popularly known as Alagbin on Adios family during the 70s was born 16 Feburary 1949 in Calabar, Cross river state Nigeria. Femi Jarrett was a descent of the  Jibolu Taiwo family of Egbaland in Abeokuta, Ogun state. Femi Jarrett was married to the late Clara Jarrett (Nee Kuboye)  In 1975 Femi Jarrett started his acting career on NTA soap opera show village headmaster, Adio Family, Cock crow at dawn, for better for worse and Odo wura. Femi Jarrett will be remembered for being a legendary actor and father to his only child Tolu Jarrett who is based in the UK. Burial announcements are yet to be announced according to the family May his gentle soul continue to rest in perfect peace!
