Breaking news: Police declare Abiola widow Ontiri Abiola wanted.

Mrs Ontiri Abiola one of the wives of the late Nigeiran Politician, publisher and business man Chief Moshood  Abiola popularly known as M.K.O Abiola has been declared wanted by the Oyo state police force. 

Moderncrew234 reported that so called Yoruba Nation Agitators who where carrying armed weapons tried to breach security at the state house assembly and governors office. The police brought up 21 suspects and recovered arms and ammunition, including other items from various locations. The suspects were brought before the press on Monday April 15th 2024. Oyo State police commissioner Mr Adebola Hamzat, stated  the invasion as treason and terrorism. 

"“At about 9:15 a.m., the hoodlums, later known as Yoruba Nation Agitation Group, were trailed to the State Secretariat and the premises of the Governor’s Office.

“They hoisted their flag at the House of Assembly, proclaiming the creation of a ‘Democratic Republic of the Yoruba’, the Police boss explained.

  Veteran actor, screenwriter, producer and comedian Femi Jarrett passes away on  03/07/26. Femi Jarrett popularly known as Alagbin on Adios family during the 70s was born 16 Feburary 1949 in Calabar, Cross river state Nigeria. Femi Jarrett was a descent of the  Jibolu Taiwo family of Egbaland in Abeokuta, Ogun state. Femi Jarrett was married to the late Clara Jarrett (Nee Kuboye)  In 1975 Femi Jarrett started his acting career on NTA soap opera show village headmaster, Adio Family, Cock crow at dawn, for better for worse and Odo wura. Femi Jarrett will be remembered for being a legendary actor and father to his only child Tolu Jarrett who is based in the UK.
