Concerned Omo Yoruba Group condemns Oyo Government house intruders

We watch in utter dismay the buffoonery of some misguided miscreants in the guise of Yoruba Nation Agitators who were alleged to have broken into the Oyo State Government House to take over the Government. Much as the self-determination is an inalienable right of the people while nobody including the government can deny this fact: nevertheless, there are rules and procedures that create a path to self-determination which do not include breaking into Government house like thieves in the night.

It is against this background that we in Concerned Omo Yoruba worldwide  condemn this nefarious act by these hoodlums and advise the law to take its course in this regard. More importantly, we advise all well-meaning Nigerians particularly the Yoruba People to disregard this nonsense as the joke of the century while they warn their children and wards not to be used by the masterminds of this anomaly.

  Veteran actor, screenwriter, producer and comedian Femi Jarrett passes away on  03/07/26. Femi Jarrett popularly known as Alagbin on Adios family during the 70s was born 16 Feburary 1949 in Calabar, Cross river state Nigeria. Femi Jarrett was a descent of the  Jibolu Taiwo family of Egbaland in Abeokuta, Ogun state. Femi Jarrett was married to the late Clara Jarrett (Nee Kuboye)  In 1975 Femi Jarrett started his acting career on NTA soap opera show village headmaster, Adio Family, Cock crow at dawn, for better for worse and Odo wura. Femi Jarrett will be remembered for being a legendary actor and father to his only child Tolu Jarrett who is based in the UK.
