Burna Boy real name Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu is a Nigerian Afrobeat musician and also a Grammy award winner. In 2019, he won best international act at the BET awards, and was named an apple music up next artist. He also released his fourth studio album, African Giant, which went on to win album of the year at the All Africa Music Awards and was nominated for the Best World Music Album at the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards. Burna Boy's debut studio album, L.I.F.E, was released on 12 August 2013, serving as the follow- up to his second mixtape Burn Identity (2011). The album sold 40,000 copies on the day of its release.

  Veteran actor, screenwriter, producer and comedian Femi Jarrett passes away on  03/07/26. Femi Jarrett popularly known as Alagbin on Adios family during the 70s was born 16 Feburary 1949 in Calabar, Cross river state Nigeria. Femi Jarrett was a descent of the  Jibolu Taiwo family of Egbaland in Abeokuta, Ogun state. Femi Jarrett was married to the late Clara Jarrett (Nee Kuboye)  In 1975 Femi Jarrett started his acting career on NTA soap opera show village headmaster, Adio Family, Cock crow at dawn, for better for worse and Odo wura. Femi Jarrett will be remembered for being a legendary actor and father to his only child Tolu Jarrett who is based in the UK.
